- Hourly Rate: $30–$42/hour ($62,400–$87,360 annually)
- On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment replacements
- Install and service HVAC systems and ice machines
- Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs
- Troubleshoot and assess commercial HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls
- Provide facility condition assessments and recommend improvements
- Assist with facility-related projects
- Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical teams
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Tools Provided:
- Fully stocked service van
- Company-issued iPad and iPhone
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or events
- Compliance with environmental, health, safety, and fire protection standards
- Flexibility for overtime and travel as needed
- Must pass enhanced security clearance, drug screening, background check, and driver’s license verification
Physical Requirements:
- Climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)
- Wear required PPE
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry software (a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent time management and communication
