As a member of the HR department of the hotel, this role collaborates closely with HR colleagues. You will support the daily operations of the Human Resources Office, including recruitment and learning. You will be part of a team of four, enjoying a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. This position is committed to delivering high-quality HR services that drive business success while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
As Talent & Training Assistant, you report directly to the Recruitment & Talents Manager :
YOUR ROLE :
• Assist the Recruitment Manager throughout the recruitment process within the hotel (open & follow up on job requisition of the different channels)
• Provide support for internal training programs (DLZ, Whatever/Whenever, Welcome Day, etc.)
• Manage requests for extras from the various departments and follow up on them
• Manage internal communications across the various communication channels and in-house
• Ensure that recruitment materials are kept up to date and that Marriott procedures are followed

Position to start on the 1st September 2026 for a long term contract
