

[What the role is]
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a motivated, creative and detail-oriented trainee to support our Talent Acquisition and Planning team across recruitment operations, employer branding, and HR analytics. This role offers practical, hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of talent acquisition work within a dynamic public service environment.
Talent Acquisition Support
You will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job advertisements, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. You will gain practical exposure to recruitment best practices and public service hiring frameworks.
Employer Branding
You will contribute to employer branding projects aimed at strengthening CDA's profile as an employer of choice. This includes supporting the development of branding materials, social media content, and recruitment campaigns that communicate CDA's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Dashboard and HR Analytics
You will assist in building and maintaining recruitment dashboards that track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and source effectiveness. This involves working with data to generate visual reports that support the TAP team in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements
Fresh graduate who has completed studies, with an interest in HR processes, talent acquisition and data analytics
Strong written communication skills and an eye for visual storytelling and branding
Comfortable working with data and keen to develop dashboard or data visualisation skills
Possess a collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn
