Takes and books reservation via phone call, e-mail, and face to face correctly.
Checks the reservation list and informs the team on the bookings of the day.
Escorts and seats the guest on their allocated or preferred table.
Ensures menu are updated, grammatically correct, and immaculate in condition.
Presents the beverage, food, and promotional menu.
Answers the phone promptly (within 3 rings) and adhering to the Solaire Telephone Standards.
Collects and records guest profiles and preferences.
Maximizes the seating capacity of the outlet by properly allocating tables.
Upsells and cross-sells food and beverage to our guests.
Explains the description of menu items such as the ingredients, cooking method, preparation, appearance, taste, texture, temperature, and notable element.
Bids gracious farewell to the guests upon exiting the outlet.
Takes action to correct or rectify any guest concern.
Inspects the area to ensure that all are in excellent condition and ready for operation.
Maintains professional appearance at all times by following the standards in place.
Follows at all times the CORE Values of Solaire Resort.
Follows at all times the P&Ps, SOPs, and Sequence of Service of the company and of the department.
Learns and maintains product knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Consistently updates knowledge on the property’s promotions and events.
