We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our team at the Daimler Truck Innovation Center India Private Limited (DTICI). In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative technical and analytical solutions. Collaborating closely with our team, you will validate and analyze data, create insightful visualizations, and craft compelling presentation materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for working with data, and a solid understanding of the ETL development process. Prior experience with tool development in python, multidisciplinary analysis, and optimization techniques is highly advantageous.
- Understand problem statements and independently implement analytical solutions and techniques.
- Build and train ML models for predictive and perceptive analysis.
- Enforce best practices for code version control.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis.
- Hands-on Python programing, using Multiple File formats.
- Hands on experience in Feature engineering Data Wrangling and EDA creation.
- Representation of data in PowerBi, Creation dashboards & pipelines for Continuous data monitoring.
- Knowhow and exposure towards Regression and classification algorithms
- Basic Exposure towards Automotive world is added advantage
- Good Communication skills
- Good in excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Computer/Electrical & Electronics with 1-3 years of hands-on project experience or post-graduation in Computer Science/Data Science is preferred.
- Sound understanding of conventional and electric vehicle systems from a functional perspective.
- Advanced data processing skills in Python, with a proven track record of implementing core libraries.
- Significant experience with version control using Git, working with multiple developers.
- Proficiency in SQL, including database setup, design, optimization, and integration with Python.
- Experience in data manipulation, model selection, training, cross-validation, and deployment at scale.
- Project experience with Machine and Deep Learning techniques.
- Familiarity with Big Data platforms like Apache Spark.
- Expertise in data processing with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
