Bell Miami Team – Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Bring your experience and become part of a dedicated maintenance team, supporting Bell customers out of our OEM Facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this position, you will be responsible for the support of aftermarket sales growth initiatives, meeting sales targets, sales funnel opportunity entry, business development team support, and reporting of sales funnel KPIs.
What you’ll be doing as a Sales Representative
- Achieve sales goal set forth in annual Bell Textron Miami operating plan.
- Actively seek upselling opportunities in the areas of maintenance, parts, warranty, sustainment agreements, and other associated programs that provide value to the customer.
- Partner with marketing to exploit Service Center capabilities to new and existing customers.
- Market fleet sustainment/maintenance agreements to provide contracted maintenance support.
- Foster a positive relationship between the customer and the Bell service network.
- Assist in quoting MRO / CRO opportunities.
- Work with assigned MRO / CRO customers during working projects, communicate schedule status – updates.
- Upsell and capture targeted opportunities.
- Responsible for the following sales duties: taking customer calls, monitoring customer backlog, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assuring customer order data integrity.
- Monitor customer order delivery dates and provide updates to appropriate production support personnel as required.
- Assist customers in identifying specific order & contract requirements, product attributes, availability, lead times, etc.
- Customer master data / opportunity management in Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC).
- Report sales funnel KPI's.
- Assist Business Development team with the assembly of complex proposals/sales.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
- Responsible for outcomes such as:
- $3M in trade sales.
- Measurable sales growth with Bell Textron Miami trade accounts.
- Increased sales funnel data integrity.
- Increased response time to customer proposals.
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- Approximately 7 years of previous experience in area related to job duties (such as in sales, customer relationship management, etc.).
- Must include experience working with Bell spares.
- Basic technical understanding of maintenance/MRO processes.
- SAP Experience.
- Use of MS Office suite (including Excel)
- Strong customer relationship and communication abilities.
- Ability to anticipate & skillfully manage through challenges.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborative and analytical skills.
- Customer focused mindset.
- Ambition and drive.
- Experience in business development, new product development, contract review and compliance,
- CRM and data management skills (especially SFDC)
- Organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to travel to perform onsite customer visits and attend trade shows when needed; travel up to 5%
- Preferred: Commercial Helicopter Maintenance Experience.
