Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Southern Asia (>8 Markets) Monthly Payroll Processing and validation to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time payroll payouts in line with the payroll calendar. Process key changes to payroll due to benefits, salary adjustments, on/offboarding etc.
- Support in Southern Asia Payroll or Leave Migration projects, including data harmonization, project management, and legal/employment contracts for Savencia Group (including SFD & Valrhona)
- Support in HR Policy creation and regional policy harmonization projects
- Support in daily HR operations (including payroll, benefits, annual salary cycles, on/offboarding, invoicing, reporting, logistics)
- Support in compensation and benefits calculations and adjustments (including annual salary adjustment, annual bonus payouts, other calculations)
- Support relevant HR project end-to-end
- Other Ad-hoc tasks for the HR department
Our Ideal Profile and Role Requirements:
Prior experience in payroll processing & HR operations
Professional interpersonal and presentation skills, including being comfortable coordinating with and presenting to managers in the company, as well as external vendors and candidates
Strong written communication skills, including drafting and vetting emails and documents
High attention to detail for both written contracts, and numbers
