We are now looking for a Global Quality Coordinator to join our Global Quality team at HQ in Stockholm. As we continue to grow across markets, suppliers, and production setups, maintaining structure and alignment across quality activities becomes increasingly important. This role plays an important part in keeping quality activities, documentation, and product follow-up structured and moving forward across markets and suppliers.
You will join a global environment where quality, pace, and collaboration all matter, and where you will work closely with experienced colleagues across Quality, Product Development, Regulatory and Sourcing. You will report to the Global Head of Product Development & Quality and be based at our Stockholm headquarters.
Working closely with the Global Quality Specialists, you will coordinate and support quality activities connected to incidents, testing, supplier follow-up, product launches and production across multiple markets, production partners and vendors.
This role is suited for someone early in their career who wants to grow within quality in an international food and beverage environment.
Support quality-related activities across suppliers, production sites, and internal stakeholders
Manage product sample flows, testing activities, and related follow-up connected to product development and production
Maintain and update quality documentation, specifications, internal systems, and ongoing quality records
Coordinate activities connected to deviations, claims, and other quality cases
Support product launches from a quality and documentation perspective across multiple markets and production partners
Work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations in the day-to-day coordination of quality activities
A hands-on role where you will develop your skills within quality operations in the food and beverage industry
Exposure to a fast-moving global environment with frequent launches across drinks, functional snacks, and product extensions
Daily collaboration with experienced quality professionals and close cross-functional work across Product Development, Regulatory and Sourcing

You are likely early in your career within quality in the food and beverage industry, and looking for an opportunity to develop in an international environment with real products, suppliers, and product launches.
You are structured, reliable, and comfortable handling details without losing track of the bigger picture. You enjoy coordination, follow-up, and creating order in environments where many things happen simultaneously.
You are collaborative, curious, and motivated by learning how products move from development to production and market launch.
Around 1–2 years of experience from quality-related roles connected to food and/or beverage products — including areas such as food safety, product quality, testing, specifications, supplier quality, or quality documentation. Internships and other practical experience are also relevant
University degree within food science, nutrition, chemistry, biotechnology, or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured way across multiple ongoing activities
Ability to coordinate and follow up on several ongoing activities with accuracy and structure
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving international environment
Practical and hands-on approach, with the ability to balance coordination, follow-up, and administration
Professional level of both Swedish and English, written and spoken
