Pareto FM is looking for a professional, approachable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites.
This is a key front-facing role where you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll act as the face of the workplace — providing a warm welcome, managing front desk operations, and supporting workplace services and administration.
This is a varied role combining customer service, coordination, administration, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working as part of a wider team.
Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused experience at all times
Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes where required
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
Respond to staff requests, queries, and workplace issues in a timely manner
Manage internal systems including:
Meeting room bookings
Visitor bookings
Access passes
Loading bay and delivery permits
Support with the setup and coordination of evening events when required
Carry out general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
Log incidents and maintain site documentation
Support facilities administration, reports, and compliance paperwork
Assist the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc tasks and operational support
Participate in an on-call rota if required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer-facing environments
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexible approach to supporting events outside normal working hours where required
Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft Office
Previous experience within front of house, reception, facilities, or security roles
Knowledge of Health & Safety or building security procedures
Experience working within a 5-star customer service environment
Professional, friendly, and well-presented
Reliable, trustworthy, and security-conscious
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
