Job summary:
As a Loan Servicing Analyst within the Loan Servicing team, you independently execute servicing and research activities that support timely, accurate, and high-quality client service. You resolve escrow-related requests from internal and external stakeholders, process transactions, and research exceptions to identify root causes and practical solutions. You help keep procedures and system documentation current and accurate, supporting a well-controlled operating environment. You also contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance accuracy, speed, and client experience.
In this role, you will act as a point of contact for escrow servicing questions and will apply loan documents, servicing agreements, and internal controls to day-to-day decision-making. You’ll partner closely with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and reduce repeat issues. You’ll provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices to strengthen team performance. You’ll also support process and system changes through feedback and user testing.
