Manage the execution of company’s VAS strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Ensure to monitor and analyse revenue performance, cost efficiency, and commercial optimization across the VAS vertical on continuous basis to drive business performance and achievement of revenue targets.
Manage day-to-day operations and lifecycle of VAS products including enhancements, renewals, and service retirement activities.
Monitor VAS portfolio performance including revenue trends, adoption, customer usage, profitability, and service KPIs to meet revenue targets
Identify growth opportunities and recommend new services, campaigns, bundles, and monetization initiatives to grow VAS revenue and margin.
Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams on go-to-market activities, promotional campaigns, and customer communication plans.
Manage relationships with VAS aggregators, content providers, and service partners to ensure service continuity and commercial alignment.
Support commercial negotiations, SLA reviews, and operational discussions with vendors and partners.
Coordinate onboarding of new VAS partners including documentation, internal approvals, contracts, compliance, and system readiness.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful service integration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract renewals, vendor governance, payment validation, and commercial compliance.
Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement actions.
Manage purchase orders, invoice validation, and payment tracking for VAS partners while maintaining proper documentation and audit records.
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering in Telecommunications or equivalent
MBA preferred
