We are building our Process Management department from the ground up – and this is one of the first roles to shape it. We are looking for a Senior Process Excellence Specialist to join us in Vilnius, Lithuania, who will work across the entire organization – engaging directly with teams, managers, and stakeholders – to spot inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and drive meaningful change in how we operate.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full cycle of process improvement – from independently identifying problem areas to proposing, validating, and driving solutions alongside the people who own those processes.
- Use data (including PowerBI insights) as a diagnostic tool to support your findings and sharpen your recommendations
- Engage proactively with managers and employees at all levels to uncover friction points, inefficiencies, and hidden bottlenecks across broad, end-to-end processes – such as the full sales cycle, product development, customer support flows and more.
- Challenge the status quo: ask the uncomfortable questions, connect the dots across departments, and turn qualitative observations and data signals into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Lead 2–3 cross-functional process improvement projects simultaneously – taking ownership of scope, progress, and outcomes rather than just facilitating.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, providing consultation and support in process management.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to co-create solutions and ensure process compliance with company performance standards.
What we expect of you:
- Proven experience in process improvement or operational excellence in a hands-on, cross-functional environment – not a purely analytical or documentation-focused role, with no less than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A natural communicator who is confident engaging with both frontline employees and senior managers, able to ask the right questions, earn trust quickly, and influence without authority.
- Strong diagnostic instinct – the ability to walk into a process, observe, listen, and identify where value is being lost, even when no one has explicitly flagged a problem.
- Track record of leading improvement initiatives end-to-end: from identifying the issue, through solution design, to implementation and measurable results.
- Comfortable working with data to validate hypotheses and measure progress (experience with PowerBI or similar tools is a plus).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) – certification is an advantage, but practical application matters more.
- Experience working across diverse process domains (commercial, operational, technical) is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of change management principles and how to bring people along through process transitions.
- Proficiency with specialised process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN) would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in moderating discussions, training sessions, and agile project management would be considered an advantage.
What we offer:
- Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
- Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
- Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.
- Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
- Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.
- Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
- Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
- Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
- We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
- Office snacks.
