As a Pastry Cook, you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with recipes and hotel standards. This role involves working closely with the pastry team to ensure high-quality, beautifully presented desserts that meet the expectations of guests. The Pastry Cook must have a deep understanding of baking techniques, creativity in dessert presentation, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment with care by following the company’s SOPs.
