We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the position of Area HR Specialist, who will join our team as a temporary replacement during a colleague’s maternity and parental leave.
Your challenge:
-Managing personnel administration and maintaining accurate employee documentation in compliance with local legislation.
-Ensuring proper administration and updates of employee data in HR systems.
-Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, including all related documentation and formalities.
-Processing attendance records, payroll inputs and performing related checks and validations.
-Coordinating initial and preventive medical examinations for employees.
-Organizing reconditioning stays for eligible employees.
-Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Requirements and skills:
-Min. 2 years in similar position.
-Labor law legislation in Slovakia.
-PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).
-HUMAN - an advantage.
-Driving license - active driver.
-Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
-Good command of English and Slovak language.
-Knowledge of Romanian language - and advantage.
-Knowledge of Hungarian language - an advantage.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Professional curiosity and focus on continuous improvement process.

-Result oriented and team spirit.
