Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and SaaS environments. You will drive growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, optimize conversion funnels, and improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion
- Optimize onboarding flows, free trials, and subscription conversion funnels
- Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Run growth experiments and support data-driven product decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Conduct customer research and gather insights to improve user experience and engagement
- Support scalable growth processes and experimentation frameworks
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management or related SaaS product roles
- Strong experience in B2C SaaS or PLG-led B2B SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of self-serve subscription products and SaaS customer journeys
- Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience optimizing growth funnels and lifecycle metrics
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and engineering teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English communication skills (C1+)
