🗨️ About the position
The Senior Product Manager for Breast AI Products(Cancer Screening) will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Lunit's AI-powered breast imaging portfolio, including solutions that support breast cancer screening, diagnosis, risk assessment, workflow optimization, and quality improvement. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment across Lunit’s breast AI products.
This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibility. The Senior Product Manager will serve as a central product lead across engineering, AI research, clinical, regulatory, quality, design, marketing, commercial, and customer-facing teams to ensure that product decisions are grounded in clinical value, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
A key focus of this role is to manage Breast AI products while contributing to the broader development of an integrated breast cancer screening ecosystem. This includes identifying opportunities to connect product capabilities across the portfolio, supporting interoperability and workflow continuity, and helping create a cohesive product experience that delivers greater value than standalone solutions.
Success in this role means delivering a world-class, integrated solution that supports radiologists, technologists, and healthcare providers in screening environments globally. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare AI product management, a strategic mindset, strong user empathy, and the ability to execute in complex, regulated markets.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define, communicate, and drive the product vision and roadmap for Lunit's Breast AI products, ensuring alignment with company strategy, customer needs, clinical priorities, and regulatory requirements
- Translate market opportunities, user pain points, clinical workflows, and business objectives into clear product strategies and prioritized initiatives
- Identify opportunities to connect and integrate capabilities across Lunit’’s breast imaging solutions, contributing to a unified Breast AI ecosystem
- Continuously monitor competitive dynamics, market trends, clinical evidence, regulatory developments, and customer feedback to refine product direction
- Product Development Oversight
- Lead end-to-end product development in close collaboration with technical and clinical teams, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and lifecycle management
- Translate complex clinical, technical, AI/ML, and workflow concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities
- Manage product scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones to support timely, high-quality execution in a regulated healthcare environment
- Engage directly with radiologists, breast imagers, technologists, screening program leaders, and healthcare organizations to validate needs, test concepts, and prioritize high-impact features
- Business Impact & Product Performance
- Partner with sales and marketing to shape positioning, packaging, messaging, and launch strategy based on customer value and competitive differentiation
- Identify market expansion opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships that can strengthen the Breast AI portfolio to drive adoption and long-term revenue growth
- Use data, customer insights, and market feedback to guide product decisions, improve product-market fit, and support revenue growth
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization, ensuring teams remain aligned on goals, scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics
- Serve as the primary product point of contact across engineering, AI research, clinical, regulatory, quality, design, product marketing, and implementation teams
- Drive decision-making across functions by clarifying trade-offs, resolving dependencies, and ensuring product priorities are connected to clinical impact and business value
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure product plans support go-to-market strategy, market access, implementation readiness, and customer adoption
Requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare AI, radiology, digital health, medical imaging, or regulated software such as SaMD or SaaS
- Proven success driving complex products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct people management authority, including engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and customer-facing functions
- Strong understanding of clinical environments, medical imaging workflows, and end-user needs, particularly in radiology, breast imaging, or diagnostic imaging
- Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with AI/ML, software engineering, data, integration, and platform teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across functions, seniority levels, and geographies
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to support effective collaboration with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset, with experience using metrics and user insights to guide product priorities
- Business-oriented approach with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer value, adoption drivers, and revenue impact in healthcare markets
🏅 Preferred Experiences
- Experience with breast cancer screening programs, BI-RADS, breast density, risk models, quality assurance, reporting workflows, or mammography operations
- Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and quality requirements, including FDA, CE, MDR, or other medical device software frameworks
- Experience building or integrating multi-product healthcare software portfolios, platforms, or ecosystem-based product experiences
- Exposure to both start-up and enterprise healthcare environments
- Knowledge of AI-driven healthcare technologies and current trends in medical imaging, diagnostics, and clinical decision support
