Part Time Receptionist
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Part Time: 25 hours, 3-4 days per week
Schedule: Requires open availability including morning, afternoons, evenings and weekends shifts.
Business Department Hours: Mon through Fri, 7am to 7pm, Sat & Sun 8am to 7pm
Roseville Toyota is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support dealership departments as needed
- Always provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer and phone system knowledge
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have weekend availability
