Job Description:
We are looking for an
Assistant Manager – SAP Test Automation with strong
Tricentis Tosca expertise and
hands-on SAP automation experience, combined with
team management and delivery ownership.
The role will involve leading a small to mid-sized automation team, defining automation strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery, and actively contributing to complex SAP automation scenarios.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA for SAP systems
- Automate end-to-end business processes across SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori)
- Create and manage Reusable Modules, Business Components, and Test Case Design (TCD)
- Execute automated test suites for Regression, Smoke, and End-to-End testing
- Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines (where applicable)
- Distributed execution (DEX) knowledge.
- Lead and contribute to SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca across projects
- Design and review automation for end-to-end SAP business processes
(S/4HANA, ECC, SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, Web UI, APIs) - Define and enforce automation best practices, standards, and frameworks
- Analyze requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to identify automation worthy scope
- Collaborate with SAP Functional teams (S2P, P2P, Q2C, OTC, FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Perform defect analysis, logging, and tracking using tools like JIRA / ALM / Azure DevOps
- Ensure test coverage, maintainability, and adherence to automation best practices
- Support UAT and production readiness activities
Good to have:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration program
- Exposure to CI/CD or Continuous Testing integratio
- Tosca Certifications: AS1 / AS
- Experience in client-facing or consulting delivery model
- Exposure to automation estimation, planning, and risk management
