Detailed Description:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives
Promote brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
Create marketing materials for websites, presentations, and other marketing platforms
Support marketing efforts including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
Analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Assist with tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and branding initiatives
Maintain marketing content and materials across multiple platforms
Support ongoing process improvements and marketing strategies
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and CMS platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment
Proven ability to support sales organizations and drive revenue through marketing initiatives
Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience managing corporate social media accounts (especially LinkedIn)
Experience planning and executing corporate or customer-facing events
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex service offerings
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This position primarily operates in a professional office environment with limited exposure to adverse environmental conditions. The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use, including repetitive hand and finger movements associated with typing and data entry.
