We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience in building dashboards, analysing performance, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working autonomously, enjoys solving business problems with data, and has experience within the iGaming sector. You will work closely with product, marketing, CRM, and operational teams, supporting data-driven decisions across the organisation.
Build, maintain, and improve high-impact dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
Analyse player behaviour, marketing performance, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Write, optimise, and validate complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
Apply statistical methods (A/B testing, regression analysis) to support business decisions.
Support data modelling and data warehousing initiatives by understanding data structures and relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating insights clearly and confidently.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports and analysis.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics processes and data quality.
2+ year of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
Expert-level SQL skills - ability to write and optimise complex queries.
Strong experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma Computing.
Hands-on experience with applied statistics (A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing).
Understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Industry experience in iGaming (analytics or operational roles).
Experience with Python for data analysis.
Experience with dbt, Git, or modern ELT/warehouse tools.
Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
Exposure to automations, ETL optimization, or data engineering tasks.
Familiarity with data science techniques (even if not used day-to-day)
