Are you ready for a strategic challenge? We are looking for a Head of Presales (m/f) to define and execute our pre-sales strategy in alignment with our business plan and growth goals. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the pre-sales process—from identifying opportunities to the final signature.
Lead & Develop: Manage a team of Technical Presales Engineers, overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and mentoring.
Strategic Decision Making: Make formal bid/no-bid decisions based on strategic fit, profitability, capacity, and risk analysis.
Process Excellence: Standardize and continuously improve pre-sales methodologies, tools, and templates (RFI/RFP, estimations, PoCs, SoWs).
Process Mastery: Drive and oversee the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from lead qualification to closing the deal.
High-Stakes Collaboration: Mobilize resources for complex, strategic, and high-risk opportunities, coordinating with our Centers of Excellence.
Client Engagement: Actively participate in key sales opportunities, negotiations, and lead technical presentations or workshops for clients.
Commercial Expertise: Apply and advise on various commercial models (T&M, Fixed Price, Retainer, Revenue-share) to optimize deal structures.
AI Integration: Drive the development and application of AI tools and agents within the pre-sales workflow.
Global Outlook: Monitor market trends and technological developments to adapt our services for international markets (UK, Switzerland, USA, Saudi Arabia).
Proven leadership experience with a focus on people management and team development.
Advanced understanding of IT services, software development, and solution selling.
Strong ability in strategic planning, priority management, and high-level decision-making.
Skill in evaluating and creating complex technical solutions, proposals, and estimations.
Deep understanding of commercial contracting models for IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at the executive level.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both international clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in conducting win/loss analyses and reporting on departmental KPIs.
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) at a business level.
A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with an analytical approach to business problems.
Familiarity with the application of Artificial Intelligence in sales processes and experience working with diverse international stakeholders.
