Job summary
You are responsible for developing strategic digital media plans that effectively reach target audiences, drive performance, and meet client objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape including display, video, social, search, and programmatic platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present digital media strategies that align with campaign goals and KPIs.
- Conduct audience research and media consumption analysis to identify the best platforms and formats.
- Work closely with media buying, creative, and client teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Build media plans across digital channels: social media, Google Display Network, YouTube, programmatic, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and media allocations effectively.
- Prepare post-campaign reports, including learnings and recommendations for future planning.
- Stay up to date on digital trends, platform updates, and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication, or digital media preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in a digital agency or media environment.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools and campaign evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
