Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with various communities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendar and global travel logistics for executive leadership, prioritizing strategic business outcomes.
- Influence process efficiency and define new strategic workflows to streamline administrative operations and enhance overall team productivity.
- Plan, manage, and execute a various range of high-visibility organizational events, including global summits, leadership forums, and all-hands meetings.
- Initiate, direct, and co-lead complex cross-functional administrative projects, applying disciplined program management practices for successful delivery.
- Serve as a trusted Administrative Business Partner, leveraging strong business acumen, discretion, and absolute confidentiality to proactively solve operational challenges and support executive decision-making.
