Warehouse Logistics Associate (Onsite – Renton, WA)
We are hiring Warehouse Logistics Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Kent and Renton facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment and materials are received, processed, organized, and prepared for redeployment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is an onsite role with opportunities to grow and contribute to a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers.
- Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
- Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
- Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
- Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
- Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
- Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus (but not required).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided).
Work Environment
- This position is performed onsite at our Kent and Renton warehouse facilities.
- The warehouse environment includes concrete floors, moderate noise, and varying temperatures depending on the season.
- Employees may be exposed to dust, packaging, and shipping materials during daily tasks.
- All employees are expected to follow safety protocols and use PPE when required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Regularly lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of equipment and packages.
- Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
