We’re hiring a Broker Development Manager to build and activate our brokerage channel across Tbilisi and Batumi. You’ll turn Georgia’s real estate agency landscape into a working distribution network for Mira Verde — onboarding agencies, training their teams, and driving sales through partners.
This is a B2B role. Success is measured by the number of active agencies and the sales volume they generate.
Key responsibilities
• Map all relevant agencies in Tbilisi and Batumi (premium, mid-market, international)
• Pitch the project, negotiate and sign brokerage agreements
• Train broker teams: product knowledge, sales kits, objection handling
• Run site visits, showroom tours, and broker events in both cities
• Keep partners equipped with up-to-date marketing materials
• Track lead flow, conversions, and deal volume per agency
• Manage CRM, reporting, and channel forecasting
• Coordinate with marketing, in-house sales, and leadership
KPIs
• Number of active agencies (defined by minimum lead/deal threshold per quarter)
• Sales volume through the broker channel ($ and units)
• Lead-to-deal conversion rate
• Partner satisfaction (NPS)
Requirements
Must have:
• 3+ years in real estate sales, channel management, or broker relations
• Existing network in the Georgian real estate community — or proven ability to build one fast
• Fluent English and Russian and Georgian
• B2B negotiation and partnership experience
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix or similar)
• Willingness to travel between Tbilisi and Batumi regularly
Nice to have:
• Off-plan or branded residences experience
• Background in luxury / premium segment
• Understanding of international investors (UAE, CIS, Europe)
