Colwen Hotels is looking for a dynamic and people-focused Area Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as a key HR partner to multiple hotels in the Portland, ME area, providing leadership and support in talent acquisition, associate engagement, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources, this position will partner closely with General Managers and hotel leadership teams across assigned properties, serving as a key advisor on all human resources matters while helping drive talent strategy, operational excellence, and a positive associate experience.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment, partnering closely with operational leaders, and making a meaningful impact on associate engagement, talent development, and organizational performance. Regular travel and on-site property visits are an important component of this role to ensure strong HR partnership and support across the hotels.
