Join our dynamic team in Kilburn as a CX Data Consultant where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Experience functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage master data for new businesses, handle amendments, and process cancellations while working with cutting-edge systems like Salesforce. You'll work on specific data areas, managing case queues and project-based data entry work that directly impacts our customer experience.

Managing specific data areas, case queues in Salesforce with billing updates, pricing adjustments, and PO updates
Processing service agreements, managing cases, and handling project-based data entry work
Maintaining quality and compliance processes for master data management
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry while monitoring master data quality to meet company standards
Building effective relationships across all CX pillars and pushing back on representatives when needed to bridge data operations with customer experience outcomes
2-3 years' data entry experience with strong Salesforce proficiency ( Highly desired ); SAP, Excel, and Google Docs experience desired
Typing speed of 60 wpm with 80%+ accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
Understanding of how data entry impacts customer experience with ability to push back constructively
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal/external stakeholders
