Duke University is seeking a Parking Garage Attendant to support daily parking operations across campus and health system locations. In this role, you’ll help ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient parking experience by assisting parkers with payments, gate issues, directions, and general inquiries.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for the Duke community—providing excellent customer service while helping maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of parking facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working independently in an active environment.
Parking services play an important role in supporting Duke’s campus and health system operations. As a Parking Garage Attendant, you’ll help create a positive first impression for visitors and ensure a safe, welcoming experience for the entire Duke community.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $18.00 to USD $22.87. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
