The role and team
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-driven Paralegal to join our dynamic Legal, Risk and Projects team. Reporting directly to the Legal Resource Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal function, helping to ensure efficient legal processes, strong corporate governance and effective compliance practices across the business.
In this hands-on role, you will support the preparation and completion of commercial contracts and legal documents, while coordinating workflows between the legal team and key business stakeholders. You will also contribute to day-to-day entity governance activities, including entity set up and maintenance, maintaining corporate records, monitoring compliance obligations and coordinating lodgement with ASIC, Companies Office and other legislative requirements.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and risk management across the legal function, while supporting the broader operational and strategic goals of Specsavers. Based in our vibrant Port Melbourne office, you’ll work alongside a collaborative and passionate legal team committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
