Summary:
As the Global Customers CPFR Center of Excellence, this role leads supply chain and capability advancement across Hershey’s priority global customers. This role provides functional leadership to in-country supply chain teams to align execution with global customer strategies, while driving standardized ways of working, process consistency, and adoption of best practices across international markets.
This position is responsible for leading global customer supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring alignment to service, inventory, and growth objectives. The role partners directly with global customers and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen relationships, improve service performance, reduce cost to serve, and position Hershey as a preferred supply chain partner.
This role will define, monitor, and improve key customer supply chain KPIs (case fill rate, OTIF, in-stock, days on hand), proactively identifying gaps, driving corrective actions, and ensuring consistent execution across markets. It also ensures strong alignment and delivery of base, seasonal, promotional, and innovation plans.
As part of the Center of Excellence accountability, this role will document processes, enable knowledge sharing, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement and digital enablement (including reporting and planning tools) to support standardized global customer planning frameworks.
This role will own global customer performance visibility, including KPI tracking and reporting across priority customers, translating data from Hershey (S4H) and customer systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, etc.) into actionable insights and recommendations.
This role represents Hershey in global customer forums and serves as a key point of contact for international and in-country teams.
This role operates globally across markets and time zones and may require up to 50% international travel.
