You can look forward to these exciting tasks
- Maintain and organize HSE records (training logs, incidents, audits, permits).
- Support document control for HSE policies, procedures, and reports.
- Update trackers (injuries, near misses, inspections, CAPAs) and verify data accuracy.
- Prepare meeting minutes, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Support internal communications (emails, campaigns, safety materials).
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance activities (ISO standards).
- Help maintain legal registers and audit documentation.
- Support HSE projects, training activities, and site events.
- Conduct basic inspections (equipment, safety checks) and assist with risk/ergonomic assessments.
- Assist with SDS updates, LOTO inventory, and training coordination.
- Perform general HSE administrative and support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HSE concepts (training provided if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- MS Office proficiency; SAP is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
