Leading the delivery of the V&V scope of work for assigned projects
Achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets for the team
Planning and assigning tasks to the V&V team based on project requirements
Developing test procedures and scripts aligned with functional requirements
Executing manual or automated tests, analyzing logs, and generating reports
Identifying and reporting defects, ensuring corrected change requests are verified
Raising technical or delivery-related risks to the V&V Manager
Demonstrating agility and flexibility by working on or switching between multiple projects
Training and guiding the V&V team for effective project delivery
