Turner & Townsend are seeking a Preconstruction Due Diligence Consultant to conduct the initial and critical phase of site selection and planning for a rapidly expanding network of EV service centers. This role is central to evaluating site feasibility, navigating zoning and permitting processes, and ensuring each location is positioned for successful development. You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams and city agencies to overcome logistical and regulatory challenges.
Responsibilities:
The salary range for this full-time role is $125K - $135K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
