The opportunity
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Takes people management responsibility for group of people across squads for different roles
- Conduct formal performance reviews, identifying strengths and areas for development, with support of Squad Captains, Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Coaches and mentors Chapter members in their career path, and team membership.
- Defines and sets out Training paths for skill development in the field in collaboration with HR
- Works as technical release manager on full CICD to our cloud platforms
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure rapid, reliable, and secure software delivery (build, test, packaging, deployment, observability
- Write documentation [technical and functional] and be involved in support, support during go live
Who are we looking for
- Final degree (university or technical college) in software engineering or equivalent education
- At least 8 years of experience in Software Development
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub, Argo CD, and related testing/QA automation
- Deep practical experience on complex cloud architectures (preferrable GCP, AWS)
- Good focus and understanding on full SDLC
- Experience in Business Analysis and Testing
- Experience with observability and incident response
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to lead through influence and coaching
- Team player; communication strength, capability to work in an international environment and distributed teams
