As the Marketing Manager CRM, you will be the architect of Immoweb’s relationship with millions of users. You will lead the strategic vision for both B2C retention and B2B lifecycle management, turning data into personalized experiences across Web and App. This is a cross-functional role where you will bridge the gap between Product & Tech, Sales, and Data to drive measurable business growth.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer - Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy and Ownership: Design and execute a holistic CRM strategy focused on B2C user retention (e.g., Saved Search Alerts, Valuation tools) and B2B customer lifetime value. Own and set up user audiences, align all business units in their communication strategies and act as a guardian of our notifications.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with the Go-To-Market team to launch innovative products that leverage our B2C database to empower our B2B professional clients.
Lifecycle Orchestration: Define and automate the end-to-end B2B customer journey in close collaboration with Sales and Customer Care to reduce churn and maximize upsell opportunities.
Technical Enablement: Work alongside Product and Tech to build a robust data infrastructure, ensuring the CRM team has the triggers and autonomy needed for real-time activation or batch campaigns.
Brand Guardianship: Ensure 100% consistency across all touchpoints—from high-level branding campaigns to granular transactional emails—maintaining a premium user experience.
Data-Driven Optimization: Lead advanced segmentation, scoring models, and rigorous A/B testing frameworks to constantly move the needle on engagement KPIs.
Platform Mastery: Manage our tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics and Airship) across Email, App Push, and SMS, ensuring peak deliverability and performance. You will be responsible for the deliverability.
Operational: Operate your own campaign, from the design to the sending. You will create your campaign, adapt the message, segment your audience and trigger it at the best moment.
Innovation & Efficiency: Proactively integrate AI to automate manual workflows and enhance predictive messaging capabilities.
What You Bring:
Experience: Significant experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Lifecycle Management, preferably within a high-traffic marketplace or digital platform.
Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Marketing Automation tools. Specific experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, and Airship is a significant advantage.
Data Fluency: A deep understanding of Data Architecture, CDP principles, and the ability to build and interpret complex dashboards (Cohort Analysis, Scoring evolution…).
Strategic Mindset: Experience managing large-scale tooling migrations and RFP processes.
Creative Eye: A strong sensibility for UX/UI and brand storytelling; you know that data is nothing without a compelling message.
Communication: Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch,
