

The Senior Account Manager will be part of the LATAM Sales Team, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market while supporting customers across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding commercial relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), particularly within the areas of International Roaming, Interconnect, and International Carrier Services Business.
The successful candidate is expected to leverage an extensive industry network and deep market knowledge to identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and position Proximus Global as a leading partner for international roaming and international carrier services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage commercial relationships with Mobile Operators across LATAM, with primary focus on Brazil.
Promote and sell Proximus Global’s portfolio of International Roaming and International Carrier Services Business.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and prospects.
Maintain strong relationships with Roaming, Wholesale, Interconnect, and Procurement teams within mobile operators.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and strategic business initiatives with customers.
Coordinate internally with technical, legal, finance, product, and operational teams to ensure successful service implementation and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to proactively identify growth opportunities.
Support cross-selling initiatives across the broader Proximus Global portfolio.
Represent Proximus Global at industry events, GSMA meetings, WAS, MWC, and other regional telecom forums.
Profile & Skills
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in selling International Roaming and/or International Carrier Services Business to Mobile Network Operators.
Strong knowledge of the International Roaming ecosystem, including roaming agreements, interconnect, signaling, IPX, LTE/VoLTE roaming, and international carrier services.
Mandatory: Extensive network of contacts within Roaming and Wholesale departments of Brazilian Mobile Operators.
Desirable: Existing relationships with operators across other LATAM markets.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with proven track record in business development and account management.
Deep understanding of the LATAM International Carrier Services market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a highly dynamic regional environment.
Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English are mandatory.
Availability to travel frequently across LATAM and internationally is required.
