

Provident Bank is expanding into Westchester County, NY, and we are building a high-performing Commercial Banking team to support this growth. We are seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Relationship Managers to join the excitement. This role is a key hire as we expand our presence and deepen relationships in the market.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Relationship Manager for CRE is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex commercial real estate lending relationships. This role drives new business development, expands existing client relationships, and delivers tailored CRE financing solutions across diverse property types.
The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to developers, real estate investors, and sponsors, leveraging strong credit acumen and sound judgment to structure transactions. This individual is accountable for portfolio performance, revenue generation, and maintaining strong credit quality, while enhancing the Bank’s presence in the CRE market. This position represents the most senior level within the Relationship Manager job family.

Pay Details
$154,000 - $200,000 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role participates in a lucrative incentive plan, tied to company business and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
