As an AV Multimedia Engineer within our Digital Workplace Services (DWP) team, you'll be at the heart of keeping our global multimedia operations running smoothly. From supporting high-profile executive meetings to rolling out next-generation meeting room technologies, your expertise will directly shape how thousands of colleagues collaborate every day. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days look the same — and where your contributions truly matter.
Ensure seamless daily operations of the global AV Multimedia service, working collaboratively with your team to maintain consistent, high-quality delivery
Provide dedicated AV support — both remote and on-site — for high-profile business meetings, large-scale live events, and global town halls
Operate and maintain integrated AV systems in accordance with technical specifications, ensuring maintenance schedules are rigorously followed
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners to develop, test, and implement future meeting room technologies aligned with evolving ways of working
Coordinate the deployment of new meeting room technologies for new or changing office locations, and manage decommissioning tasks for office closures, moves, and changes
Take ownership of incidents and escalations, ensuring effective coordination of resolving parties, transparent stakeholder communication, and proactive mitigation against future recurrence
Drive operational excellence by monitoring service metrics (KPIs) and SLAs, leveraging customer experience insights, and overseeing service providers and delivery teams on a global scale
Manage external service providers to ensure objectives and service levels are consistently met and internal compliance requirements are upheld
Educate and empower customers and colleagues through training, guidance, and technical support related to AV room technologies
Build deep knowledge of locations, stakeholders, and customer needs — going beyond names to truly understand, validate, and support what our customers require
Own lifecycle management activities for all AV Multimedia hardware assets within your areas of responsibility
Support the broader Field Services community as directed, including activities that underpin business continuity
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing input into standard operating procedures and documentation
Uphold information security compliance, ensuring mandatory adherence to all relevant policies, standards, and procedures

You're equally comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative global team, and you know how to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid technical knowledge of physical Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual systems, including hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance
Extensive experience with major web conferencing platforms, particularly Microsoft Teams and MS Teams Townhall, including live event support
Proven experience in AV systems operation and maintenance, with a relevant qualification such as CTS (D/I), Q-Sys Level 1 or Level 2, or a degree/qualification in an IT or AV/Media Production-related discipline
Experience with IT Service Management and reporting tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, MySpend, or Power BI
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including identifying needs, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts constructively
Track record of taking ownership of incidents and problems, driving resolution proactively and communicating transparently throughout
Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural environments, with strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure, with a flexible and creative approach to unexpected challenges
Familiarity with office technology lifecycle management, including asset tracking and decommissioning processes
A genuine passion for customer experience and operational excellence, with a track record of contributing to process improvements and documentation
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
