Qvest is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to join our Operations team in Los Angeles, starting in Summer 2026. What You'll Do
- Analyze team needs and document functional and user requirements for AI-driven solutions.
- Support the discovery and exploration of new Machine Learning/Generative AI use cases.
- Help design and document AI automation and workflows to enhance content creation and overall team efficiency, aligned with priorities.
- Participate in the deployment and user testing of AI-enabled content creation Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Contribute to internal AI enablement initiatives by codifying high-impact use cases.
- Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings, manage meeting agendas, and distribute minutes/action items.
- Assist with data validation and basic data clean-up tasks to ensure accuracy in reporting systems.
- Conduct analysis of campaign performance across various channels (e.g., email, social, web) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in managing and maintaining marketing collateral and assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Support the development of marketing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Support content calendar management and scheduling across various digital platforms.
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
- Create client-ready deliverables and provide status updates to the Project Manager.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships during project execution.
What You'll Bring
- 0 – 2 years of work experience (part time or internship work), preferably in an analytical capacity or related to marketing, marketing technology/automation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, information systems, computer science, or other related fields, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI, especially concerning content creation and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a history of success throughout an academic career.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience excelling in a team environment.
- Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines.
Travel Requirements
Employees may be required to travel occasionally when required by project scope or management directive.
