About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business impact. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.

- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector embeddings, and tokenization workflows
- Apply advanced techniques such as fine-tuning, in-context learning, zero-shot and few-shot learning, and prompt engineering
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance benchmarking to ensure high-quality AI model outputs
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with comprehensive documentation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and coding standards
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends through research papers, conferences, and workshops, and bring innovation to the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 4-8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly with LLMs and transformer-based models
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure OpenAI Service GPT models embeddings safety filters
- Azure AI Search and RAG architectures
- Python primary with working knowledge of C or Java
- LangChain LangGraph Schematic Kernels
- Experience building secure APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of Guardrails and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of data engineering and ML pipelines
- Solid understanding of:
- Prompt engineering
- Fine-tuning and model adaptation strategies
- Zero-shot and few-shot learning approaches
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI deployment
- Knowledge of scalable, secure AI system design (cloud and/or on-premises environments)
