Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Wentzville, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
Shift: 42 hours PRN / Flexible Scheduling 6 Hours Daily Non-Skilled Care Coverage

Responsibilities
- Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record.
- Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies.
- Performs patient assessments, coordination of care.
- Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home.
- Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one.
- Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients.
- Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test
- Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
