Job Description
Review Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and shipping documents to ensure accurate matching.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment status.
Review employee expense reports (reimbursement forms) for accuracy.
Verify invoices and match them with POs to prepare payment vouchers and arrange for approval.
Perform client financial statement acceptance checks.
Monitor payment vouchers to ensure payments are made within due dates.
Handle customer invoicing: issue invoices, send to customers, track and record payments, and maintain AR tracking files.
Coordinate and support the outsourced accounting team, ensuring proper documentation for bookkeeping.
Liaise with the Revenue Department when necessary.
Coordinate with project managers, who serve as the main point of contact for payment matters.
Prepare and submit monthly tax filings: PND 3, 53, 30, and 36.
Prepare and calculate corporate income tax returns (PND 50/51) for group companies.
Prepare and review cash flow statements.
Update CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and WIP (Work in Progress) reports on a monthly basis.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience:
3–5 years working experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks in a multinational company
Skills and knowledge:
Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Thai Tax
Reasonable reading, writing and speaking skills in both English and Thai
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
Attention to details, accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand assignments
