JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for carrying out Performance, Reporting, and Controlling activities at the Unilever Casalpusterlengo (Italy) and Odense (Denmark) sites, while acting as a reliable and trusted business partner to the Supply Chain Factory organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to driving the financial performance of the Casalpusterlengo and Odense sites, working closely with the leadership team and through UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System).
- Lead the annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting.
- Lead cost improvement, restructuring, capex, and sourcing projects; provide challenge, perform sensitivity analysis, and build business cases.
- Provide financial expertise and challenge on ad hoc projects.
- Drive process improvement and identify automation opportunities within Finance and Performance Management.
- Lead and monitor all Cost Controlling activities (Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Costing) performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services (SCFS).
- Liaise with SCFS to ensure the complete and timely execution of the Activity-Based Costing model and the allocation of overheads to products.
- Provide analysis of output transfer prices, explaining key drivers of movements.
- Maintain a robust forecasting system and ensure budget holders are actively involved.
- Actively contribute to the EU Supply Chain finance community, building relationships, driving performance improvements, and sharing best practices.
- Play an active role in driving change and continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement within the business and finance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership skills.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proven business partnering experience, with the ability to provide clear and sound financial insights, including risks and opportunities.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance and Consumer Goods (CPG) is strongly preferred.
- Previous people management experience is a plus.
