About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join RHB Banking Group as part of our credit card sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through various sales activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the application process. You will also play a key role in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
What you will be doing:
Acquire new credit card customers through various sales activities such as roadshows, corporate sales counters, personal appointments, and sales blitzes.
Achieve assigned personal sales targets.
Key in application details and upload supporting documents into the Flash System accurately and promptly.
Maintain good sales ethics and provide accurate information regarding credit card products to customers.
Ensure all customers’ documents are original sighted and properly verified.
Ensure customer applications are submitted for processing within the required timeline.
Attend to customer enquiries, issues, and related matters promptly and professionally.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism when dealing with customers.
