What You’ll Do
Work directly with youth and families in the community (homes, appointments, daily living settings)
Help clients access benefits, healthcare, and community resources
Partner with a multidisciplinary WISe team
Track progress and complete documentation

QualificationsWhat You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor within 7 days
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Comfortable working in community settings
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
Experience in behavioral health or criminal justice settings
