Job Summary职位概述:
Warehouse Leader takes leadership on warehouse layout improvement, warehouse job planning & distribution to make sure high efficiency on the material in & out, as well as finished goods packing.

Essential Duties基本职责:
- Lead pre-shift meetings, and arrange the task, and resource distribution according to the production plan & loading plan. 领导班前会议，根据生产计划和装车计划安排任务和资源分配。
- Warehouse operator management; Implementation & record of new operator training, multi-positional operator training; Monthly operator performance evaluation. 仓库操作人员管理;实施并记录新员工培训、多岗位员工培训;月度操作员绩效评估。
- Responsible for material/component receipt according to the delivery note and make sure the number in the delivery note match with physical components. 根据送货单负责材料/零件的收货入库，并确保送货单上的数量与实物相符。
- Responsible for finished goods or material/components packing for shipment according to loading plan, making sure finished goods being packed match with loading plan. 根据装货计划负责成品或材料/部件的包装，确保成品包装与装货计划相符。
- Summary defects in WIP and return defective components to the supplier. 汇总在制品中的不良品清单，并将不良品返还给供应商。
- Warehouse layout improvement; and warehouse operation procedure improvement. 仓库布局改善;仓库操作流程的改进。
- Warehouse equipment daily maintenance; Basic troubleshooting. 仓库设备日常维护;基本的故障排除。
- Implementation of company safety management regulation. 执行公司安全管理规定。
- Perform other related duties as assigned. 完成分配的其他相关工作。
Education and Experience 教育和经验要求：
- College degree in science and engineering or related. 理工科及相关专业大专以上文凭。
- Minimal 3 years of work experience as warehouse leader, experience in the customization industry is a plus. 3年以上仓库主管工作经验，有客户化定制产品仓库管理经验者优先。
- Experience in the blind industry or window industry will be a plus. 有百叶窗和窗行业经验的优先考虑。
- Project management experience is preferred. 最好有项目管理经验
- Experience in warehouse operations related to quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) 有质量系统相关仓库运作的经验（如ISO9001,ISO 14001）
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识，技能和能力要求：
- Familiar with warehouse management procedures. 熟悉仓库管理流程。
- Meticulous and well organized, focus on details. 良好的时间管理能力，并关注细节。
- Good written and verbal communication skills；Work proactively & independently, positive & open mind; Good teamwork spirit. 良好的书面和语言沟通能力；工作积极主动、独立自主、积极开放；良好的团队工作精神。
- Proficient in office software, experience in ERP is a plus. 熟练运用办公软件，有ERP系统经验的优先考虑。
