3. Responsible for researching cutting-edge industry technologies and analyzing the structural design of major competitors' products for benchmarking, establishing a benchmarking design database.职位要求【Requirements】
1. Minimum 5 years of work experience as a design engineer, preferably in automotive OEM or Tier1, with a major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields；
2. Proficient in the vehicle development process and validation principles; experienced in motor design and development workflows； forward-looking perspective on industry trends in motor design; capable of creatively proposing concept design to specific requirements;
3. Forward-looking understanding of industry trends in eMotor design; creative and applied capabilities in innovation; proficient in cutting-edge technologies and advanced materials relevant eMotor design.
