1. In charge of administration and operations process of Research Permit and Ethics Clearance request
2. Ensure accuracy and update data and document of Research Permit and Ethics clearance by Faculty Member
3. Conduct on time follow up of submission process to Faculty Member (by submission link and email)
4. Maintain effective relations with Faculty Member related to Research Governance and Ethics
5. Provide data information to facilitate clearance process and audit activity (e.g., getting documents, sending letters and info, communicating information)
6. Ensure compliance of research governance & ethics with valid standard operation procedure
7. Communicate with RIG & Research Center to facilitate activities related to research program
8. Keep track of research activities of RIG & Research Center for adherence with stated timelines and requirements
9. Maintain and update research data to support research activity
10. Organize design studies with researcher to ensure ethical compliance and conducted according to standard
11. Communicate with internal/external parties related to research progress, methods, and findings.
Management Support Activities :
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Work Experience :
• Minimum 2 years working experience
