Job Summary
• This role is responsible for Demand Planning for Gaming Displays Product portfolio. You will own complex demand planning activities across all regions, translating diverse market signals into a robust consensus forecast. You will combine strong analytical capability with business judgment to improve forecast accuracy, balance inventory risks, and support strategic decision‑making across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
• Manage various planning processes, including forecasting at platform and component levels, product transitions and supply optimization.
• Own the planning activities, considering product and component life cycles, market inputs, business targets and supply constraints.
• Gather demand data from markets and consolidate complex information to use as input for forecasts.
• Analyze forecast accuracy metrics and leverage insights to enhance future results.
• Drive in process improvements within a complex global organization.
• Utilize new technologies to enhance forecasting activities.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.

• Data Analysis, experience with analyzing large sets of data
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
