ERM is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Capital Project Delivery (CPD) team as a Managing Consultant. This senior role combines technical leadership, project management, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (EIA/ESIA), permitting, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability frameworks, along with strong leadership and client management capabilities. You will lead high-impact projects across APAC, mentor emerging talent, and contribute to ERM’s growth globally.

Responsibility:
Lead the environmental scopes, including providing technical inputs to the design of baseline surveys, coordinating and supervising fieldwork, drafting technical reports and sections, and providing technical advice support to baseline, environmental baseline reports, international environmental impact assessment reports and management plans;
Apply technical knowledge in baseline environmental data collection, reporting and impact assessment and foster technical growth of junior members of the environment team;
Undertake field trips within Thailand and other countries across APAC where needed.
Perform site visits or inspections and supervise subcontractors as and when required for projects. Focus on preparing international environmental impact assessment and management plans.
Provide environmental support, as and when needed, by undertaking research and data analysis for environmental and social managers within the broader Capital Project Delivery - Impact Assessment team.
Work with ERM Thailand office and other ERM offices in the world to develop our biodiversity team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant environmental, scientific or engineering subject.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks.
Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships.
Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations.
Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects.
Fluent in English and Thai. The ability to communicate clearly and inclusively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
